If you live in Vietnam, it's the guide for you:

1. To pick up & pay at HanoiDVD 114 Xuân Diệu, Tây Hồ, Hà Nội.

2. Xe ôm (Taxi motorbike) as COD service (Cash on delivery): Applied for the customers near HanoiDVD shop with minimum total of 100K. HanoiDVD hire the Xe ôm to deliver DVDs to your house and pick up money. However, you have to pay for Xe ôm fee upon the distance. For VIP member, the order over 300K is shipping free within 5 km. For non-vip member - 500K.

3. Cash on delivery (COD) is applied for all over Vietnam with the Vietnam Post. The order must be over 100K
When the postman deliver the DVDs to your place, you shoul pay right away for him.

In general, COD is the most simple and safe way to buy because you don't have to pay anything in advance

COD fee:

- Standard: 3-10 days. The minimum fee is 19K. Depending on the weight and the value of the order, the fee can be increased. Up to 2kg, the fee is about 24K only.
- Express: 2-5 days. EMS is applied for you also but the fee is so high. The minimum fee is about 50K. Not so many people choose this option. Just for urgent case only.

4. Transfer by bank, ATM from Vietcom Bank, ACB or by www.nganluong.vn: When we check our online bank account and confirm we've got money. The DVDs will be sent to you right away by standard or express as you specify in the order.

3 ways to transfer:

If you pay for both DVDs and shipping fee, we will:

- Send DVDs by standard as your payment, 3-10 days. Minimum fee is 7K
- Send DVDs by express: Fee and time as the carrier policy.

If you pay for DVDs only, we will:

- Send DVDs by Tin Thanh Express service. The reciepent should pay delivery fee for the carrier when they deliver.

In comparison with COD, transfer by ATM you can save at least 12K/order
