Terms and Conditions of Guarantee

If you found the technical error from the producer, it should be replaced with the same one for free. If you want to exchange to the other title or album, 5.000VND/disc or more must be charged (It depends on the kinds of disc, title and album)

If the CD/DVD/Blu-ray are scratched, torn, playable at HanoiDVD, already-checked or purchased over 7 days, items are not accepted to exchange or return.

Pls, keep the receipt as proof of purchase to get the guarantee and to get the discount card, too

No refund in any circumstances!

Subtitle, box dvd, box blu-ray, box cd are not guarantied
